Start Your Week Off Right: Monday Morning Meditation

Happy Monday!

No, I'm not trying to be sarcastic. In fact, I think that if you start your Monday morning calm, happy and relaxed, you almost can't help but have a great day.

And if your Monday morning is blissful, how can the Universe resist bringing you a week's worth of good days? Well, it can't.

What we focus on expands, so shifting from blah to yah about the first day of the work week, our vibration and attention changes. Suddenly, we are magnets for good days.

To help you set the right mood for this week, I created a video, which I appropriately titled, Monday Morning Meditation. Yes, it's homemade by me but made with love.

This is a short video, just a couple of minutes long. That's intentional. I wanted to make sure that you have time to view it before getting into your day. It can get you off on the right foot and hopefully, something you see or the music, will filter back into your thoughts as you're bustling around and dealing with daily challenges.
